The city by-law only allows us to host four guests overnight. There will be a $100 per night penalty if you have more than four guests staying overnight. Additional guests not staying overnight are allowed, but we recommend having a maximum of six people in the unit at one time.

We are a young family living on the main floor of the home.  We have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 8.  We strive to keep noise to a minimum, but with young kids, it's impossible to do so 100% of the time.  When they do create some noise, it's nothing that causes any major inconvenience to our guests.  Both kids are in school during the week from  8:00 am to 4:00 pm and are in bed by 7:00 pm, and sleep through the night.  We do ask for quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am

Please do not smoke or vape in or on the property. If you need to smoke or vape, please go to the back alley.

There is free street parking. Please park in front of 1416 or 1412. Please do not park in front of 1420.
