The city by-law only allows us to host four guests overnight. There will be a $100 per night penalty if you have more than four guests staying overnight. Additional guests not staying overnight are allowed, but we recommend having a maximum of six people in the unit at one time.

Just so you know, there is another short-term rental unit in the basement below this one. We kindly ask all guests (up & down) to be mindful of noise during the day and observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Please do not smoke or vape in or on the property. If you need to smoke or vape, please go to the back alley. There, automatic lights will turn on to improve your visibility at night. 

There is no parking on the property, but you can park on the street for free. Parking spots are not assigned, however, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap.
